Associates Profiles

Requirements for Applicants:

Well groomed young men and women, at least eighteen years of age, no particular height required, dependable, dynamic, pleasant, motivated, with a good contact with people and a sense of team work.

For the more prestigious campaigns (evening functions, soirees, event cloak room, personal assistants), associates will need a command of the English language and/or of other non French languages (depending on the nature of the event).

For more specific assignments, associates may get points by having a driver's permit for trucks, large vehicles (HGV), semis (oversize trucks), motorcycles and/or limousines or personal car as well as the command of rollerblading.

Availability:
 
Associates must be available at least 2 full workings days per week for promotional activities (distribution of leaflets and other items to the public) or a few consecutive weeks at a time for "on the road" promotional events.

For greeting and accompanying patrons, the staff has to be available on short notice, week-ends, evenings and sometimes for a few consecutive days for a convention or a special event.
 
Remuneration:

Les Motesses hires its staff for specific periods (Contrat a Duree Determinee ("CDD")). The periods will vary in accordance with the availability of the associate and the type of event (from a few consecutive hours to a few consecutive weeks).

The hourly rate for associates' remuneration varies from event to event and in accordance with the French labor laws.
